Do you ship to my city and location?

For a superlative customer experience, we are using one of the best delivery partners in India (FedEx, Bluedart, DTDC, India Post & Delhivery Couriers), These courier companies deliver almost all the major cities in India. If your delivery address is in the rural area or far from any major city please share your pin code with us before placing the order. For such Outside Delivery Address (ODA) Courier companies charge some extra delivery charges which will be informed to you.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Products are typically dispatched within 2-4 days of order confirmation & further 7-14 days require to deliver the product at your doorstep. While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry. Get in touch with us for the latest update on your order if we have already not gotten in touch with you.

Are there any shipping charges or any additional hidden charges?

Yes, We charge for shipments as per weight and order value less than Rs. 2449

When you give a pin-code in the address field while ordering a product, we will indicate whether we ship to your pin-code or not & let you know extra charges if any.

How do I track my order?

The best way to check your order status is to track on track.dechika.com by your order ID or tracking number provided by us after the dispatch of Item. We try our best to deliver your product before you can even think.

What if I receive a damaged product?

We do our best while packing the goods that ensure the product is up to our standards when you receive the product. In case you receive a damaged product please send some images of damaged part & send to us at support@dechika.com or WhatsApp us at (+91) 91017 85550

Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 2 business days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product or offer you a replacement.

For Handicraft and Furniture, any product related issues will be checked by an authorized service personnel (free of cost) and attempted to be resolved by replacing the faulty/ defective part of the product. Full replacement will be provided only in cases where the service personnel opines that replacing the faulty/defective part will not resolve the issue.

Does Dechika deliver internationally?

As of now, Dechika doesn't deliver items internationally.

You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.
