  3. Cancellation within 12 hours of order Placement:- Possible, you need to contact us via any option given on our website to request for cancellation. We would cancel the order and refund the full amount paid by you
  4. In case you want to cancel an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company from our end, the cancellation can’t be possible.

Returns or Replacements/Exchange:

If you happen to receive a damaged or defective product, or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, please get in touch with our customer service by writing to or Call/WhatsApp (+91) 91017 85550. Upon receiving your complaint, Dechika will verify the authenticity and nature of the complaint. If Dechika thinks that the complaint is genuine, Dechika will take the necessary action(s) required to resolve it.

In order to return any products, you are required to comply with the below-mentioned conditions –

  1. At the time of taking the delivery of the items you ordered, please ensure that the product received is undamaged, is properly packed and acknowledge the same to the delivery person. In case the box looks damaged or tampered with, please do not take the delivery of the product. Call or email our sales support immediately.
  2. Please notify Dechika of receipt of a damaged/defective product/service within 6 hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 6 hours, Dechika will not be held liable or responsible for the failure to replace the order.
  3. Any product(s) you wish to return should be in an unused condition. In the product is found to be used, a return/replacement cannot be issued.
  4. If required, Dechika will arrange for a pick-up of the damaged/defective product through its own logistics partner. However, in non-serviceable areas, you will be required to ship the product to us at your own cost and risk within 3 (three) days of your complaint.
  5. The returned products will be subject to verification and checks by Dechika in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return request. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product. Also, if the complaint is frivolous or baseless, Dechika reserves the right to take legal actions against you, and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Dechika in this regard.
  6. Replacement/Exchange Product will be given as per stock availability within 7-14 business/working days.
  7. All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable will need to take care by you.
