Refund Policy

Refunds:

If you are eligible for a refund or a promo code (as the case may be), the same shall be given to you as per the following guidelines:

1. In order to get the full refund, please return the item(s) to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged condition, with all original tags/ labels within Three (3) days from the date of receipt of items(s) at your end.
2. All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable will need to take care by you.
3. No Refund for Gift cards, Personalised Products, Sale, Clearance, Promotional and Food items.
4. Original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will initiate refund procedure for your money within 3-4 working days.
6. The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
7. The refund amount for the order paid to vide cash on delivery option will be initiated within 4-6 working days, and the order amount will be credited to your bank account via NEFT.
8. The refund vides a promo code, for the orders paid online will be provided to you within 7-10 working days through hard copy or e-mail depending on the most suitable circumstances as determined by Dechika.
9. A promo code once used shall not be re-activated in case of cancellation of the order, by the customer.
